This is repeat application for grant of bail. At this stage, without pressing on merits, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that at this stage, Trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial at the earliest because the applicant is in jail since 21.01.2020.

Considering the aforesaid submission, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the application for grant of bail is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage and Trial Court shall do well to conclude the trial within a period of four months.
