Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that application for grant of regular permit filed by the petitioner has been rejected and appeal against order rejection regular permit has also been dismissed, therefore, the petitioner may be allowed to file a fresh application for grant of regular permit in accordance with law. 2.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of reserving the liberty in favour of the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law. No cost(s).
