1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner had joined her services on 03.07.2010, the petitioner has completed 8 years of

service on 02.07.2018. According to the counsel for the petitioner since the petitioner has already completed more than 8 years of service she is entitled for being absorbed in the Education Department. The petitioner given her joining at the School at Nawagaon, Kharsiya on 03.07.2010. Thus the joining of the petitioner may be counted from 03.07.2010 onwards.

2. All said and done, as on date the petitioner since has already put in more than 8 years of service and therefore as per the circular of the State Government dated 30.06.2018 or any other circular if any in force the claim of the petitioner needs to be considered for absorption.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 1 and 4 to consider the claim of the petitioner for absorption at the earliest and take an appropriate decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
