1. The grievance of petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not releasing the amount of medical reimbursement that he is otherwise entitled for.
2. According to the petitioner, he had incurred medical expenses while he was posted in district Mahasamund and it is evident from Annexure P-1 that the respondent no.3 had already sent it by post to the office of the respondent no.4 under whom the petitioner is
presently posted. However, the same does not seem to have received at the office of the respondent no.4 and the petitioner's medical reimbursement has till date not been finalized or released.
3. Given the nature of dispute that the petitioner has, this Court is of the opinion that the petition need not be kept pending by admitting the same, rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents 3 & 4 to ensure that necessary correspondence and steps be made/taken in ensuring that the dues pertaining to medical reimbursement payable to petitioner is processed and settled at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
