1. Heard through video conferencing.

2. Heard on I.A.1/2020 for exemption from filing certified copy of order dated 19.06.2020. On due consideration, the I.A. is allowed.

3. The instant CRMP has been preferred for modification in order dated 19.06.2020 passed in MCRCA No. 516/2020 (Sonal Shukla Vs. State of Chhattisgarh).

4. It appears that paragraphs No.4 & 5 of order dated 19.06.2020

need modification.

5. Therefore, it is directed that in place of the aforesaid paragraphs No.4 and 5, following content be read:- "Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated on the basis of statement of co-accused. Her implication is baseless and she is innocent. Therefore, she may be enlarged on anticipatory bail."

6. Hence, the CRMP stands disposed of.
