1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 17.08.2020 in connection with Crime No. 69/2020 registered in Police Station- Anda, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506(B), 323, 324, 307, 302 read with Section 34 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
