Agrawal Order On Board 07/04/2017 (1) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be granted opportunity to file afresh application for calling witnesses Tahsildar and Patwari and detailing the substance in which, the presence of the concerned Tahsildar and Patwari are necessary.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) The petitioner is allowed to file afresh application before the trial Court. If the petitioner file afresh application detailing the need of witnesses to examine before the trial Court, the trial Court would do well and dispose of the application in accordance with law expeditiously.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
