1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 27.3.2017 issued by respondent No.4, by which he has been directed to remove the encroachment alleged to have been made by him.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is an order of injunction in his favour by the competent Civil Court in the case of Laxmiprasad and others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others dated 20.1.2017.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file reply before respondent No.4/Tahsildar, Janjgir Champa and also file the copy of order dated 20.1.2017 and in turn, the Tahsildar, Janjgir Champa will take a decision considering the documents filed by the petitioner within

a period of one month from today. Interim order granted on 26.4.2017 shall remain in operative for a period of one month.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
