1. The limited prayer that the petitioner has made in this petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the representation which the petitioner has made in respect of certain dues which are payable to the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, he is working under the respondent No.2 at Balrampur Division on the post of Junior Engineer and that there are many dues which are payable to the petitioner which has not been either paid or has not been fully paid to the petitioner, for which he has already made couple of representations to the higher authorities.

3. Given the limited grievance raised by the petitioner, let the petitioner, in addition to the representations which he has made, make a fresh representation to the respondent No.2 in this regard within a period

-2of four weeks from today, who in turn, shall duly scrutinize the same and verify whether the petitioner is entitled for those dues or not. In case, if he is entitled for the same, then appropriate steps should be taken for release of the same at the earliest. In case, if he is not entitled, the petitioner should be duly intimated in respect of the same by a speaking order.

4. Let this exercise be completed within a period of four weeks from the date the petitioner makes representation to the respondent No.2.
