Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are investors and they have been cheated by respondent No.4. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that effective remedy is available to the petitioners under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Ke Nikshepako Ke Hito Ka Sanrakshan Adhiniyam, 2005. 3.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are allowed to prefer an appeal duly constituted under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Ke Nikshepako Ke Hito Ka Sanrakshan Adhiniyam, 2005 before the Collector, District Rajnandgaon. If such an appeal is preferred by the petitioners before the Collector, District Rajnandgaon within 15 days from today, then the said authority shall consider and do well to dispose of the petitioners' appeal expeditiously. 5.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
