The nature of dispute raised in the instant Writ Petition is identical to a bunch of Writ Petitions which already stands adjudicated vide order dated 25/01/2018 in WPS No.3268/2017 and other analogous Writ Petitions. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that since the case of the petitioner also is identical, the present Writ Petition also may be disposed off in similar terms.

The counsel appearing for the UGC so also the State counsel submits that since the facts of the case are identical, the same can be disposed off in similar terms.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition also stands disposed off in similar terms.

It is directed that the respondents would also scrutinize the case of the petitioner in accordance with the order passed by this Court on 25/01/2018 in the aforementioned bunch of Writ Petitions and in case if the petitioner is found suitable, appropriate orders be passed. 6.
