Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /0 4 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, submits that now the offence under Section 376 IPC has been registered against the respondents No. 3 & 4; the matter is under investigation and all the efforts are being made for filing of challan before jurisdictional criminal court against the respondents No. 3 & 4, thus, the prayer made in this petition has been substantially

granted to the petitioner.

(2) I have heard learned counsel for the parties. (3) Substantive prayer has already been granted by State so far as investigation is concerned, I hope and trust that while making investigation, police authorities would take appropriate steps in accordance with law. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
