Aggrieved by the Order dated 20.4.2021, the present Writ Petition has been filed by Petitioner.

Perusal of record would show that the impugned Order is an appealable order and the appeal of the same would lie to Respondent No.4. 3.

Given the fact that the impugned Order is an appealable order and the appeal lies to Respondent No.4, let the Petitioner prefer an appeal to the Appellate Authority and on the said appeal being made, the Appellate Authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field and also taking into consideration all the contentions/submissions that the Petitioner shall raise in his appeal.

Subject to Petitioner preferring an appeal within 15 days, the Respondent No.4 is expected to decide the appeal within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of the same.
