The matter in issue is covered by an order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 26.02.2015 in Writ Appeal No.281/2013 (Lakhanram Sahu and others vs State of Chhattisgarh and others and other connected matters). SLP (C) No.11541-11550 of 2016 has also been dismissed by the Supreme Court on 03.03.2017. 2.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in Writ Appeal No.281/2013.
