Paras Dahariya 04.08.2020 Today the case is listed on office reference for extension of time to dispose of C.S. No. 252/2019 (Paras Dahariya Vs. Nisha Dahariya). PUD has been received from the court of Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg, in which, it is requested that the time granted by this court for disposal of C.S. No. 252/2019 pending before that court in the order passed by this Court in W.P. (227) No. 116 of 2020, may be extended. Considered on the submissions made in the PUD. The case could not be concluded within the time frame as directed by this Court, in the above mentioned order, on account of present pandemic situation and lock down, therefore, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the PUD. Prayer is allowed and extension of time is granted. It is directed that the case mentioned hereinabove be concluded within a period of four months from the date normal functioning of the court are started.
