Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 18/05/2018 The petitioner has raised several grounds to challenge the transfer order. However, considering that challenge is to the transfer order dated 14/08/2017, at this distance of time, I am not inclined to invoke extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, as it is only a transfer order. With liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy of representation, this petition is dismissed.
