Though in administrative exigency, an employee can always be transferred, the matter would require proper consideration whether there was any acute exigency to transfer the petitioner within a short period. 3.

Let the petitioner prefer representation to the Government within a period of three weeks from today which shall be considered and decided within next four weeks. For a period of seven weeks, the petitioner shall not be compelled to proceed on transfer.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
