1. The present writ petition has been filed only seeking for a limited relief of reconsidering the request of the petitioner for revocation of the suspension which was issued as early as on 11.11.2020.

2. according to the petitioner, since the period has exceeded more than 90 days, in the light of judgment of Supreme Court in case of Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs. Union of India, through its Secretary & Another, 2015(7)SCC291, the authorities need to reconsider whether they intend to continue suspension of the petitioner or they would like to revoke the order of suspension.

3. At this juncture the counsel for the respondents submits that in terms of order of this court in WPS No.5169 of 2020 whereby liberty was granted to the petitioner to represent before the higher authorities, the petitioner has

-2made representation which is under process of consideration and an early decision shall be taken on the said representation.

Given the said submission by the counsel for the respondents, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner keeping in view the judgment of Supreme Court in case of Ajay Kumar (Supra). It is expected that the respondents shall take a prompt decision preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
