2. The petitioner is aggrieved by his non-promotion on the post of Teacher (Panchayat). He alleges that similarly placed persons have been promoted on 25.2.2017.
3. Rule 13 of the Chhattisgarh Teacher (Panchayat) Cadre (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012, provides for remedy of representation, in the event, promotion is denied to a person.
4. Let the petitioner prefer a representation in terms of Rule 13 of the aforesaid Rules, 2012 within a period of one month from today and thereafter, the concerned authority shall decide the representation by a speaking order, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of its submission.
