The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 29.04.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Durg branch of the respondents to the Ernakulam Z O (BIC:4337) as its manager. 2.

Perusal of the record shows that the petitioner had been posted at Durg for last 3 years and he was as it is due for transfer. 3.

Given the said facts, this Court does not find a strong case made out for interfering with order of transfer. In case if the petitioner has made certain requests for a suitable posting elsewhere in accordance with the transfer policy governing the respondent/establishment, it would be the prerogative of the respondents to take a decision on the said representation of the petitioner.

Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the

-2representation which the petitioner has made and while deciding the same, the authorities would keep in mind the transfer policy of the respondents, so far as the petitioner is concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
