Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 18/05/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made moved an application before the Collector, Dantewada seeking permission to sell his land, which was dismissed the Collector. The petitioner preferred appeal before the Commissioner, Division Bastar at Jagdalpur there-against. The Commissioner, also dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner affirming the order of Collector. The petitioner again preferred appeal under 44 of the Land Revenue Code, 1959 before the Board of Revenue. The Board of Revenue, by its order dated 28.09.2016, set aside the order of Collector & Commissioner and the matter has been sent to the Collector, Dantewada for considering the application filed by the petitioner for permission to sell has land afresh after affording him due opportunity in accordance with law but that has not been considered and decided till date and,

therefore, directions may be issued to the Collector, Bastar to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Dantewada is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the affected parties in accordance with law.
