By this contempt petition, the petitioner has alleged that the order passed by the District Judge on 03-02-2018 has been violated. 3.

If the petitioner's allegation is that the order passed by the District Judge has been violated, the established procedure required the petitioner to move appropriate application for referring the case for initiating contempt proceedings in accordance with the provisions contained in the Contempt of Courts Act. 4.

This contempt petition is, prima facie, not maintainable and is, therefore, dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy as may be available to him, under the law.
