1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land of the petitioner was acquired long back. However, he has not been given the adequate compensation or employment in lieu of the acquisition of the land situated at village Soranga Tehsil-Baikunthpur, District Koria. He would further submit that he has made several representations and the last representation which is pending was moved before the Respondent No. 3, (General Manager, SECL) which may be decided within a prescribed period of time.
2. Considering the fact and also taking into that, the only prayer has been made to consider the representation of the petitioner without any observations on the
merits of this case. It is directed that the last representation given by the petitioner shall be decided by Respondent No. 3 objectively within a period of 60 days from the date of presentation of the copy of this order.
