1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been working under the respondents at the Bastar University, Jagdalpur way back in the year 2013 onwards.

2. According to the petitioner on health grounds and other problems that petitioner faces he had made representation to the authorities for consideration of transferring the petitioner from Bastar, Jagdalpur to in and around Raipur. The said representation which the petitioner has made is pending consideration before the concerned authorities. He prays for a direction to the authorities for deciding the said representation.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner has made some representation to the authorities concerned, it shall be left for the authorities to take a decision on the

-2representation at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion so far as entitlement of the petitioner for transfer is concerned. The authorities would be at liberty to take appropriate decision in accordance with the rules, regulations and transfer policy prevalent in the department and also shall keep in mind the administrative exigency if any.
