Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /0 5 /201 (1) By impugned order, the petitioner's application under Order 5 Rule 20 CPC has been rejected.

(2) Since the respondents are not being served and they are deliberately avoiding service of summons issued to them by the trial Court, it would be appropriate to serve them by paper publication as the suit is pending since last two years and, therefore, the application is allowed. (3) The respondents be served through proper publication. Needful be done.

(4) Necessary process will be issued on production of certified copy of this order on the next date of hearing.
