The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 14.08.2019 in connection with Crime No.679/2018 registered at Police Station- City Kotwali, Rajnandgaon, District Rajnandgaon, C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code and Under Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that she does not want to prosecute this application and seeks to withdraw the same.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the application MCRC No.4711 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.
