2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, being the guarantor, his property was mortgaged to secure a loan availed by the respondent No. 2 i.e. borrower from the Bank. Subsequently, the petitioner since sought for release of his property, the borrower offered the different property for mortgage so as to release the property of the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 would submit that the borrower i.e. respondent No. 2 has offered the property for mortgage which has been accepted by the Bank and to complete the formalities it has been sent to regional office and the release of the property of the petitioner would be
made within a period of one month.
4. In view of submission made by the counsel for the respondent No. 1 that release of the property of the petitioner would be made within a period of one month, therefore, the present writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the submission of the respondent counsel. The necessary formalities for the release of the property of the petitioner shall be done within a period of one month.
