Counsel for the petitioner has filed the present petition for extension of time to deposit the fine amount imposed in the order dated 02.05.2019 passed in CRR No.31/2010 by this Hon'ble Court. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the said criminal revision has been allowed in part with imposition of enhanced fine amount of Rs.3000/- to be deposited in the trial Court within a period of 4 months from the date of order i.e. 02.05.2019. He further submits that the information of the said order of this Court has been sent to the petitioner but however, petitioner could not get the said information within time therefore, he could not deposited the enhanced fine amount within time stipulated. Therefore, counsel for the appellant prays for one month more time to deposit the enhanced fine amount.

Upon due consideration, prayer is allowed. One month time is granted to the petitioner from today for depositing the imposed fine amount in the concerned trial Court.
