Agrawal Order On Board /07/201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation to the Collector, Raipur for redressal of his grievances, which has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the Collector, Raipur to decide

the same within the specific time frame. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

(2) Be that as it may, Collector, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
