(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an application under Section 55 of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 before the concerned Tribunal.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to file an application under Section 55 of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 before the concerned Tribunal. If such an application is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the Tribunal would do well and consider the said application expeditiously from the date of receipt of application of the petitioner along with the copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
