Agrawal Order On Board 2 0 /0 4 /201 (1) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the Appellate Authority to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 03.10.2016 passed in W.P.(S) No. 5419 of 2016.

(2) Counsel for the petitioner may also make additional representation to the Appellate Authority and, in turn, Appellate Authority shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 03.10.2016 in its letter and spirit.

(3) With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.
