Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the court to withdraw the bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to the applicant to surrender himself and apply for regular bail before the concerned trial Court on the same day.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
