1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.72/2020 registered in Police Station Lalpur, District Bilaspur for offence under Section 354 of the IPC and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive after examination of the prosecutrix.
