Present appellant has ealier preferred an appeal against judgment dated 11.01.2005 arising out of Session Trial No.12/2004 which is registered as Criminal Appeal No.181/2005. The appellant preferred instant appeal subsequent to earlier appeal against the same judgment which is not maintainable. 2.

Accordingly, present appeal is dismissed as not maintainable. However, counsel for the appellant may assist in Cr.A. No.181/2005.
