The present Cr.M.P has been filed seeking for leave to appeal against the impugned judgment dated 31.5.2016 whereby the Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur in Criminal Appeal No.193/2014 has acquitted Respondents No.2 to 4 from the offence under Sections 498-A/34 IPC and 506(1) IPC. Sine arguable points have been raised in the instant Cr.M.P, the same is allowed.

Registry is directed to register the case as an Acquittal Appeal and the matter be listed for admission before this Court immediately thereafter.
