1. Learned counsel for the parties would submit that the matter in issue is covered by the Division Bench judgment of this Court in Lakhanram Sahu & ors. Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and ors. {WA No.281/2013, decided on 26.02.2015} and other connected matters, against which state government's SLP has also been dismissed in SLP (C) No.11541-11550/2016.
