After some arguments, looking at the nature of the dispute so raised, counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ application with liberty to approach competent authority with his grievance including the decision, which may have compelled him to approach the Court in relation to original contract.

If the Petitioner approaches the competent authority with appropriate relief or reliefs, the same will be considered and decision be taken preferably within a period of three months.
