The grievances ventilated by the petitioner through this petition is that despite the caste status of the petitioner having inquired, ascertained the Caste Certificate on 16.11.2015, issued by the District Level Caste Certificate Verification Committee, Balod, respondent No.3 has not considered petitioner's representation for reinstatement in service.

In view of the order dated 28.09.2015 passed by this Court in WPS No. 2592 of 2012, respondent No.3 is obliged to consider the representation, after issuance of verified certificate by the Caste Scrutiny Committee. It should now be done within a period of 45 days from today and appropriate order should be passed by

respondent No.3. The petitioner's claim for consequential benefit shall also be considered.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
