This petition is preferred against the letter dated 08.09.2014 whereby respondent No.4 has been posted as Principal of Gujrati Higher Secondary School, Devendra Nagar, Sector-4, Raipur (C.G.) and claim of the petitioner is not acted upon.

2. The petitioner has been promoted as District Assistant Sports Officer and he is not entitled against the post of Principal of Gujrati Higher Secondary School, Devendra Nagar, Sector-4, Raipur (C.G.) and he is withdrawing the present petition.
