This is an application under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No. 10 of 2021 registered at Police Station Gaurela, District Gaurela-PendraMarwahi, Chhattisgarh for commission of offenses punishable under Sections 420, 511 and 34 of IPC.

Shri Atchyut Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of bail application and prays for a direction to the Court below to consider and decide the application for grant of regular bail, if filed by the applicant upon his surrender, on the same day. 3.

Shri Vimlesh Bajpai, learned State counsel submits that he has no objection to the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant. 4.

As prayed, MCRCA- 807 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
