1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.1049/2018 registered in Police Station Kotwali, District Durg C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

2. Applicant has committed forcible sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix aged about 15 years, on the date of offence.

3. Learned State counsel reads the FIR, her statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C. and 164 Cr.P.C.. On the other hand learned counsel for the applicant reads her deposition.

4. Having considered the material available on record, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
