Challenge is made to order dated 23.05.2016 (Annexure P/1) by which, the petitioner has been interrupted special duty at a place which is about 20 km. away from the present place of posting. 2.
Only submission of learned counsel for the petitioner on the basis of which, I am inclined to direct consideration of his representation, is that the petitioner is going to retire in 9 months.

Though, prima facie it appears to be a kind of temporary arrangement of special duty and looking to the nature of duty which
forester is required to perform, I am not inclined to interfere with the order. However, the competent Authority may consider petitioner's representation on its own grounds and take a decision on the same within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
