For State :
Ms. Sunita Jain, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 15/05/2019 1.
The limited grievance which the petitioner is making in the present writ petition is that her request for transfer in and around Raipur or near Dhamtari be considered.
2.
The claim of the petitioner is that she is working as a Patwari under respondent no.2 for the last about 8 years and that she has serious health issues for which she has to frequently go to Raipur for medical treatment. She has been repeatedly making representations to respondent no.1 for inter-district transfer to be made to district Raipur or Dhamtari which would be convenient for her to get the medical facilities. 3.
Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, let the petitioner, in addition to the representation that she has made till now, make a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of
copy of this order and respondent no.1 in turn shall consider the said representation sympathetically taking into consideration the health issues that the petitioner has and an appropriate decision be passed at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4.
The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Khatai
