1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is in respect of the alleged encroachment made on public road by the respondent No.4.

2. According to the petitioner he had already approached the State Authorities and State authorities in turn on the complaint of the petitioner has got the matter verified and in the enquiry it has been found that there is encroachment made on the public road by the

respondent No.4. However, thereafter there is no positive steps taken by the respondents to remove the illegal encroachment, if any.

3. State counsel at this juncture fairly concedes that let the writ petition be disposed of directing the respondent No.2 & 3 to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition therefore stands disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to look into the matter i.e the complaint of the petitioner and in case if the complaint of the petitioner on verification as is reflected from the enquiry report submitted by the Patwari, appropriate remedial steps shall be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands accordingly disposed of.
