The limited prayer which the petitioner has made is that the respondents after giving an appointment on 27.07.2018 have abruptly terminated the services of the petitioner vide order dated 01.04.2019. 2.

According to the petitioner, she has already made a detailed representation to the authorities of the State Government in this regard vide Annexure P/3 dated 12.04.2019 and prayed that the authorities concerned may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner. 3.

Considering the limited prayer, which the petitioner has made and which has also not been opposed by the respondents, let the respondents No. 2 to 4 take an appropriate decision on the representation, so filed by the petitioner keeping in view the terms and conditions of the appointment of the petitioner.

It is expected that the respondents shall take a decision within an outer limit of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No.2 to 4, so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned. 6.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
