The Petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers: "10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to this case from possession of the respondents for it's kind perusal; 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue suitable writ, order or direction and quash the amendment dated 27.09.2019 (Annexure P/2) inserted/incorporated in sub clause (6) of clause (2) of Aapasi Sahmati Se Bhumi Kray Niti 2016;
10.3 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue suitable writ, order or direction commanding
the respondent no. 2 to complete purchase process initiated for purchase of the land admeasuring 00.2 Acre (0.008 Hectare) out of the land Khasra No. 616 Area 0.57 Acre (0.231 Hectare) situated in Village Saradih, Patwari Halka No. 29, Rajaswa Nirikshan Mandal & Tahsil Dabhara, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) by completing formalities/needful as required under law and by taking step for registration of sale deed;
10.4 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue suitable writ, order or direction commanding the respondent no. 2 to make payment of Rs. 5,33,786/- (as mentioned in the proposal dated 14.07.2017 (Annexure P/3) issued by the respondent no. 2) with suitable interest;
10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner."

I.A. No. 2 of 2019 seeks for permission to withdraw the writ petition, in view of the steps proposed to acquire the land of the Petitioner under the Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
