Agrawal Order On Board 08/05/2019 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure (henceforth "CPC") before the Family Court, Rajnandgaon but the same has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided within the specific time frame.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the Family Court, Rajnandgaon is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application under Section 151 of the CPC on or before 14th May, 2019 in accordance with law.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. Certified copy, today.
