1. The petitioner seems to be more aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondents in permitting to join her duties. The petitioner also does not know as to whether her services stands suspended or it stands terminated.

2. According to the petitioner, she has been appointed as an Assistant Teacher under the respondent No.2.

3. Given the aforesaid reasons, at this juncture the writ petition is being disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondents No.2&3 by making a suitable representation in respect of her status in the department and also for any orders which have been passed adverse to the petitioner, if any. Subject to petitioner making a suitable representation

-2in this regard, the respondents No.2&3 are directed to promptly respond to the said application and if required supply a copy of the order, if any, passed against the petitioner. Let an appropriate decision be taken by the respondents No.2&3 as early as possible preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation.
