ORDER
01-09-2020 Heard.
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 07-01-2020, this court has passed the order and the relevant portion thereof is reproduced herein-below:
"2. Without going in to the merit of the case, since limited prayer has been made to decide the representation, the respondent No.3/S.D.O (Revenue) is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner
shall also be free to avail statutory appellate remedy, if so advised".
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that thereafter, the representation was filed on 13-01-2020 (Annexure C/2) by the petitioner and the same was decided by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) by order dated 25-01-2020 (Annexure C/6). Thereafter, again the representation was made on 03-02-2020 (Annexure C/7) but the same was further affirmed.
3. After going through the order dated 07-01-2020 (Annexure C/1), it shows that only the right was given to the petitioner to file a representation and having been filed the representation, the same has been decided on merits by order dated 25-01-2020 (Anenxure C/6). No case of deliberate disobedience of the order is made out. Accordingly, this contempt petition is liable to be and is hereby dismissed.
