1. The petitioner by this petition has prayed for a direction for payment of regular pay-scale from the date of initial appointment. According to the petitioner, his case is identical to the case of one Sundar Singh Khairwar Vs. State of Chhattisgarh in whose favour an order has been issued by this Court on

-223.12.2014 in WPS No.6678 of 2014.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that there cannot be any quarrel with the legal position and whether or not the petitioner is entitled, would depend upon verification of necessary facts to come to the conclusion that the petitioner is also similarly situated.

3. In view of the above, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to the respondent-authority to consider petitioner's claim of parity and decide the case as per order dated 23.12.2014 passed in the case of Sunder Singh Khairwar (supra).
